okay so ive been following through with my rountine of moisturizing my hair and using protective styles. my hair gree 1 inch in a month. im so happy. and i cant wait till my hair is long!! : ) These are some pictures of my length now and what i do for protective stlyes.

My Hair Growing Journey

                         i died my hair and that much root grew in from just that night

     Its september 4th 2010 and i am starting my journey of growing my hair out. So ive heard of protective styles and things to eat to get all of the vitamines and nutrients u need for healthy hair. i remember watching this www.youtube.com video saying that codliver oil tablets help with healthy hair growth. I got interested and decided to research that for confirmation (http://www.articlesbase.com/beauty-articles/the-benefits-of-cod-liver-oil-for-hair-1939252.html). Turns out that it is true so i bought some from shoppers drug mart. They're pretty cheap, just 3 dollars(CDN).
     I took two b4 bed and when i woke up i already had hair growth!!!! Im gonna continue with this routine; the protective styles, the codliver oil, and moisturizing my hair. Im so excited :D cant wait!!
